NB1L-40 residual current circuit breakers are suitable for AC 50Hz circuits with rated voltage of single-pole two-wire, two-pole 230V, three-pole, three-pole four-wire, four-pole 400V, and rated current up to 40A. When a person is electrocuted or the leakage current of the power grid exceeds the specified value, the residual current circuit breaker can quickly cut off the faulty power supply in an extremely short time, protecting personal safety and electrical equipment. It also provides overload and short-circuit protection for the circuit and can be used for infrequent switching of the circuit. This product is suitable for various places such as industry, commerce, high-rise buildings, and residential buildings. It complies with the standards GB/T 16917.1 and IEC 61009-1, and has obtained CCC, CE, and SEMKO certifications.

4 Other4.1 The NB1L-40 residual current circuit breaker is composed of the NB1-63 miniature circuit breaker and residual current trip unit. It has the following features:
4.1.1 No auxiliary power supply is required, overcoming the shortcomings of poor interference resistance of electronic products, large influence by grid voltage fluctuations, and the defect of neutral line contact problems, expanding the range of residual current protection.
4.1.2 High rated short-circuit breaking capacity.
4.1.3 The test circuit has low dynamic resistance, which is not easy to burn out the test resistor.
4.1.4 The operating mechanism is designed as a stored energy mechanism, storing energy for the moving contact during the closing operation, allowing the moving contact to close rapidly, thus improving the service life of the moving contact and the breaking capacity of the product.
