Function and Usage

The NU6-III series surge protective device (hereinafter referred to as the surge protective device) is used in single-phase power distribution systems with an AC frequency of 50Hz/60Hz and a rated operating voltage of 230V. It meets the III class test, with an open-circuit voltage peak of up to 10kV (1.2/50μs) and a short-circuit current of up to 5kA (8/20μs). It suppresses transient overvoltage amplitude and discharges surge energy, thereby protecting the system circuit and load equipment. It is suitable for coordinated use with other series surge protective devices to achieve a layered protection system, thus providing more extensive and effective protection for low-voltage distribution systems. It complies with the standards: GB/T 18802.1, IEC 61643-1, EN 61643-11, and has obtained CQC, CE, CB, and other certifications.
