Function and Usage
The JRS1 series thermal overload relay (hereinafter referred to as the thermal relay) is mainly used in circuits with AC 50Hz/60Hz, rated operating voltage 690V and below, current 0.1A to 80A, for the protection of three-phase AC motors against overload and phase failure. The thermal relay has phase failure protection, temperature compensation, action indication, manual reset, and stop function (the manual reset and stop function are realized through the same button). This product operates reliably. The thermal relay can be installed by plugging it with a contactor or independently. It complies with the standards: GB/T 14048.4, IEC 60947-4-1, etc. When combined, the corresponding thermal relay models are JRS1-09~25, JRS1-09~25X, JRS1-40~80, JRS1-40~80X; when installed independently (screw type), the corresponding thermal relay model is JRS1-40~80/F.
