Function and Application
The NJR5-ZX series soft starter is an on-line soft starter, with input power supply voltages (main circuit voltage) of AC220V, AC380V, AC460V, AC575V, and AC690V, and rated current specifications ranging from 15A to 1000A. It has strong load adaptability, stable operation, and reliability, and is widely used in motor drive equipment in fields such as metallurgy, oil, fire protection, mining, water supply, municipal, food, cement, and petrochemical industries. It is the ideal replacement product for traditional star-delta starting and autotransformer voltage reduction starting. The NJR5-ZX series soft starter is an AC induction motor soft starter that integrates power electronics technology, microprocessor technology, and modern control theory. It controls the three-phase reverse-parallel thyristors connected between the power supply and the controlled motor to realize functions such as soft starting and soft stopping of three-phase AC induction motors. This product can effectively control the starting current and starting torque of three-phase induction motors (hereinafter referred to as motors) and can be widely applied to fans, pumps, compressors, ball mills, crushers, and other loads. The product complies with the standards: GB/T 14048.6, IEC 60947-4-2.
