Function and Usage

The NJR2-T series soft starter is suitable for three-phase 220V voltage level soft starters. It is based on advanced dual CPU control technology, controlling the thyristor module to achieve soft start and soft stop functions for (squirrel-cage) three-phase AC induction motors, and also has multiple protection functions including overload, input phase loss, load short circuit, start current limit timeout, overvoltage, and undervoltage. This product is mainly used in conjunction with complete control cabinets. When in use, it must be connected with corresponding specification bypass AC contactors. The product specifications cover 7.5 kW~160 kW (squirrel-cage) three-phase AC induction motors, and is an ideal replacement for traditional Y-△ starting and autotransformer voltage reduction starting.
