Functions and Uses
Servo drives, also known as "servo controllers" or "servo amplifiers," are controllers used to control servo motors. Their function is similar to that of a frequency converter for general AC motors. Servo drives are part of a servo system and are mainly used in high-precision positioning systems. They usually control servo motors through three methods: position, speed, and torque, to achieve high-precision transmission system positioning, and are currently high-end products in transmission technology.
