Product Features SG(B)11 Type H The grade insulated dry-type power transformer has strong thermal shock resistance, large overload capacity, flame retardant, high fire resistance, low loss, small partial discharge, low noise, does not produce harmful gases, does not pollute the environment, is not sensitive to humidity and dust, is small in size, does not crack, and is easy to maintain. Therefore, it is suitable for use in harsh environments with high fire protection requirements, large load fluctuations, and dirty and humid environments, such as airports, power plants, metallurgical operations, hospitals, high-rise buildings, shopping malls, residential areas, and special environments such as petrochemical industries, nuclear power plants, and nuclear submarines. Iron core The iron core is made of imported grain-oriented high-quality high-permeability silicon steel sheets stacked to form a 45° fully oblique joint structure. An elastic fixing device is used between the winding and the iron core, so that the transformer has lower no-load loss and noise. The surface of the iron core is treated with a special process, which not only reduces the noise of the transformer, but also prevents the iron core from rusting during the operation of the transformer. The iron core is moderately clamped by the pull screw, the upper and lower clamps are connected by pull plates and fixed to the base as a whole, the winding is fixed by elastic pads, and the buffer structure can reduce the vibration of the winding and reduce noise. High and low voltage coils The high and low voltage coils are made of Nomex insulating material, and are filled with solvent-free paint through VPI vacuum pressurization equipment for many times, and baked and cured at high temperatures for many times. The high-voltage coil adopts a continuous structure with high mechanical strength and good heat dissipation conditions, which avoids the shortcomings of multi-layer cylindrical coils such as high interlayer voltage, poor heat dissipation ability, easy thermal breakdown, and low mechanical strength, thereby improving the reliability of product operation; the low-voltage coil adopts a foil-type longitudinal air channel high-current spiral structure. The stained coil has excellent moisture-proof performance, can withstand impacts, never cracks, and has no partial discharge. It is easy to dry, decompose and recycle after its service life, thus protecting the environment. Shell If the user needs, our company can provide shells with protection levels of IP20 and IP23. The meaning of the shell protection grade IP20 is that solid foreign objects with a diameter of 12mm are not allowed to enter. The combustible substances are less than 10% of those of cast epoxy products. No toxic smoke is produced when burned for a long time at a high temperature of 800°C, thereby overcoming the defect of toxic gases produced when epoxy cast transformers are burned. Nomex paper is completely impregnated with impregnating paint, smaller in size and lighter in weight. The new SG(B)11 product uses DuPont Nomex paper as the main insulation material and uses it as a hybrid insulation system at the hot spots of the transformer, making this product smaller in size and weight compared with epoxy resin cast transformer products of the same capacity. The new environmentally friendly SG(B)11 product can be decomposed and recycled after its service life, which overcomes the shortcomings of the epoxy resin cast thousand-type transformer, which is made of dry resin and glass fiber solidified and integrated into a whole, resulting in inability to decompose after the service life and polluting the environment. Lead-out line: The high-voltage outlet terminal is fixed on the upper part of the winding, and the tap is in the middle of the winding.
