Product details

Since the DC impedance of the saturated reactor control loop is very large, after referring to the relevant parameters of Siemens' original equipment, the output values of the forward and reverse excitation currents of the saturated reactor were controlled to around 9A and 6A respectively. In order to facilitate the adjustment of the forward and reverse excitation currents, two three-phase voltage regulators are specially installed on the circuit to adjust the forward and reverse excitation currents respectively, thus avoiding the difficulty in accurately adjusting the forward and reverse excitation currents due to the deviation of the loop impedance. This advantage has also been fully reflected in actual use. During the debugging process, the forward and reverse excitation currents are gradually adjusted according to the size of the electrolytic cell effect to reach the operating point. Finally, the forward excitation current is set to 4~5A (when there is no anode effect), and the reverse excitation current is set to 5A. Through actual tests, the voltage regulation depth of the saturable reactor can reach 60V, which basically meets the requirements of Guangdong Electrolytic Production
